The UN’s nuclear watchdog has verified that Iran intends to deploy approximately 6,000 new centrifuges for uranium enrichment, as reported by AFP.

“Iran informed the Agency that it intended to feed” around 6,000 centrifuges at its facilities in Fordo and Natanz, aiming to enrich uranium to a concentration of up to five percent, which exceeds the 3.67% limit Tehran had committed to in the 2015 agreement.
