Oyster Steak
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 lb. oyster steak
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto the meat.
Place in the baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice thinly.
Kielbasa Chips
2 kielbasa sausages (16 oz.)
Oil, for frying
½ cup sweet chili sauce
¼ cup duck sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Thinly slice the kielbasa. In a frying pan, heat oil and deep-fry the kielbasa until crisp.
In a bowl, combine the chili sauce, duck sauce, and brown sugar.
Toss the hot chips in the sauce and serve.
Tangy Facon
1 (6-oz.) package beef fry
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup duck sauce
½ cup teriyaki sauce
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, duck sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Gently coat the beef fry.
Spread the beef fry on the baking sheet and bake uncovered for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
