A cyclist was struck by a school bus in Lakewood this afternoon, officials said. The incident happened approximately 3 PM at the intersection of 8th Street and Madison Avenue. EMS responded to the scene and treated the patient for a head injury. Injuries are reportedly not life-threatening.
