A child was critically injured in an accident in Lakewood this evening. The accident happened approximately 5:30 PM at the intersection of County line Road and Squankum Road. Hatzolah responded to the scene and treated the young girl before transporting her to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The LPD is investigating.
