This couldn’t be a cozy winter article without hot cocoa! A few tablespoons of creamy peanut butter takes this to the next level.
I topped it off with a healthy dose of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate and peanut butter sauce to take it over the top. Feel free
to serve these with PB cookies for a real peanut buttery experience.

2 cups whole milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Smackin’ Good whipped cream, for serving
Chocolate sauce, for serving
2 tablespoons peanut butter melted in the microwave, for serving

In a large saucepan, heat the milk until it’s hot but not yet boiling. Whisk in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Add in the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and whisk until it’s melted and smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into 2 mugs. Top with desired toppings.

Yields: 2 8-oz. servings
