Barron Trump, 18, seems to be carving out a path similar to his father’s as he prepares to embark on a high-end real estate endeavor alongside two young associates.

The youngest child of former President Donald Trump briefly established a company named Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. in Wyoming last July. However, the company was dissolved just four months later, following Donald Trump’s election victory, as reported by Newsweek.

Records obtained by The NY Post show that the company had listed Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach as its primary address. The venture is reportedly set to relaunch in the spring of 2025.

Barron’s business partner, Cameron Roxburgh, explained to the outlet that the project was temporarily put on hold to avoid media scrutiny during the election season. The business plans to concentrate on high-end real estate ventures, such as luxury golf courses and properties located in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

When asked about the project’s status, Roxburgh, a former high school classmate of Barron, told The Post they are currently “working out logistics” and that a spring relaunch is possible.

Joining the team is Carter Fulcher, an expert in luxury real estate whose family operates a prominent real estate business in Idaho. Fulcher also has a political tie—his cousin is Congressman Russ Fulcher. However, Roxburgh emphasized that the congressman is not involved in their venture.

Although the business is operating independently, Roxburgh disclosed that President Trump has shared “private advice” with Barron regarding the company. At this stage, there has been no financial involvement from the Trump Organization, according to Newsweek.

The young entrepreneurs hope their company will eventually integrate into the Trump Organization’s global portfolio. Donald Trump, known for building his brand on luxury real estate, has already entrusted his older sons, Don Jr. and Eric, with running the Trump Organization during his presidency. Meanwhile, Ivanka Trump played a key role in her father’s administration before pursuing other interests.

While Barron has largely avoided public attention during his father’s political career, he played an essential behind-the-scenes role in Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign.

Melania Trump shared with Fox News that her son provided critical input on forging connections, noting that he was “very vocal… he brought in so many young people.”

Senior Trump adviser Jason Miller also acknowledged Barron’s contributions, crediting the teenager with identifying strategic podcast appearances for his father, including appearances on shows hosted by Joe Rogan, Theo Von, and Logan Paul.

“Hats off to the young man,” Miller said in an interview with Sky News. “Every single recommendation he’s had has turned out to be absolute ratings gold.”

Now a first-year student at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Barron is managing his academic life while pursuing his real estate ambitions.

It remains unclear whether Barron plans to complete his degree at NYU. Melania Trump has spoken candidly about the difficulties of being in the public eye.

“I don’t think it’s possible for him to be a normal student,” she said in a December interview with Fox News. She added that she told her son: “This is your road, this is your life.”
