Wizz Air, a budget airline from Hungary, is preparing to restart flights to and from Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport beginning tomorrow.

The airline revealed last month that it would begin flying from Tel Aviv to Larnaca, with four weekly departures starting on December 20. As part of its launch, Wizz Air is offering a special promotion for the first 1,000 tickets to Larnaca, priced at just 50 euros (NIS 192) for a one-way trip.

Additional routes are set to be reintroduced on January 15.

In October, Wizz Air suspended all its services to and from Israel until mid-January, due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, which has severely impacted air travel during the wartime period.
