Authorities are investigating after a man was found hanging near the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, TLS has learned. The man was found hanging in a port adjacent to the jail at around 7:00 PM Friday. Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful. An investigation is underway. (Via TLS Status)
