Middlesex County Judge Joseph Paone has thrown out the charges against SCHI founder Rabbi Eisemann this morning, just as the prosecution wrapped up their arguments. Explaining his decision, Judge Paone said the prosecution completely failed to show any evidence that Rabbi Eisemann committed the crimes they were alleging.
