President Joe Biden has been accused of “stumbling and bumbling” throughout his speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.

In one gaffe, Biden claimed that the United States and China should work together on “accelerating the climate crisis.”

The 80-year-old President then corrected himself, saying the two nations needed to jointly tackle “the accelerating climate crisis.”

Users on ‘X’, formerly known as Twitter, labelled the speech “incoherent” and questioned whether the President’s “brain froze” during the remarks.

“Barely coherent Joe Biden stumbling and mumbling through his UN speech. The content is awful and the delivery is even worse,” foreign policy analyst Nile Gardiner said.
