Good news from the Intensive Care Unit at Hadassah Ein Kerem in Yerushalayim, as Rav Boruch Mordechai Ezrachi, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Ateres Yisroel, underwent a medical procedure that addressed his respiratory issues.

Close associates of the rosh yeshiva conveyed that the treatment was successful. The doctors are extremely satisfied and attribute the positive outcome to the tefillos of the entire Torah community.

In their words: “We still need the continued tefillos of Klal Yisroel for the swift recovery of the rosh yeshiva.”

Rav Ezrachi, who is 94 years old, was admitted to Hadassah Ein Kerem on Shabbos and doctors initially managed to stabilize his condition. However, on Sunday morning, there was a worsening of his respiratory distress and the doctors had to sedate and intubate him.

The medical team at Hadassah, led by Dr. Eliezer Hershko, the head of the internal medicine department, and Dr. Sigal Sviri, the director of the intensive care unit, together with the rosh yeshiva‘s personal physician, Dr. Uri Rogovski, decided to perform the aforementioned medical procedure today, and it was successful.

All are asked to continue davening for Rav Baruch Mordechai ben Hinda.
