A 25-year-old man was critically injured in a shooting attack on Route 90 near the Beit Ha’arava Junction on Monday evening. Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah Volunteers were on the scene and doing CPR on the victim who was rushed to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital. The IDF was searching for the terrorist. MDA Senior EMT Hezi Larza: “I was very near the scene in my car when I received a call to a shooting attack. I was immediately on scene and saw a vehicle in the opposite direction with an unconscious driver. I called for further teams and began providing life-saving treatment. A MICU team arrived quickly on scene continued with advanced treatment and conveying him with CPR in critical condition to hospital.” United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Eilon Lubiner said: “Together with additional first responders we performed CPR on a man in his 20s who suffered from gunshot wounds. He is now being evacuated to Hadassah Har HaZofim hospital in critical condition while undergoing continued resuscitation efforts.” DEVELOPING STORY
