Serves 7
1 cup honey
¾ cup deli mustard
¾ cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup duck sauce, plus more to brush the roll
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 sheet puff pastry
8 slices navel pastrami
8 slices turkey roll
8 slices beef salami
Topping ideas:
Black and white sesame seeds
Panko breadcrumbs
Parsley flakes
Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, sugar, ¼ cup duck sauce, mayonnaise, and soy sauce.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread with ¾ cup of the honey mustard mixture.
Layer the pastrami, turkey, and salami over the honey mustard.
Roll up jelly-roll style and transfer to the baking sheet.
Brush with duck sauce. Top with desired toppings, covering the top and sides of the deli roll.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
