A mega-complex in Jackson named Adventure Crossing is putting on the final touches for a planned January 23rd opening in what its developers hope will soon become a venue frequented by frum patrons.

Adventure Crossing is a sprawling $800 million complex that, once fully completed, will feature an events center, bowling alley, indoor water park and wave pool, an events center, multiple hotels, and numerous sports fields. But perhaps its crowning jewel is the indoor sports complex, a massive structure with a huge inflatable dome that will have numerous attractions, including a Toptracer golf range, Topgolf bays, game and roller coaster simulators, virtual games, and axe throwing. The driving range itself has a 5,000-seat capacity, making it a prime venue for large gatherings.

Last week, a handful of askanim were invited to tour the facility, with its developer keen on attracting the Jewish community to it. His hope is for it to eventually become a go-to venue for shidduch dates, Chol Hamoed events, dinners, and other gatherings. To that end, he has even installed an exclusively kosher kitchen in the complex.

Adventure Crossing is the brainchild of developer Vito Cardinale, who plans to direct all profits from the venture to fund a multiple sclerosis research facility in memory of his late wife, Linda, who passed away from the disease in 2013.
