Ingredients
4 large Persian cucumbers, sliced
3 tablespoons high-protein cheese spread
Everything But the Bagel seasoning, to sprinkle
1 (4-oz.) package quality smoked salmon, chopped
Top half the cucumber slices with cheese spread.
Sprinkle with seasoning. Add smoked salmon and cover with another cucumber slice.
If you like, secure with toothpicks.
