Malls, gyms and movie theaters will not reopen as part of the fourth phase of New York’s reopening plan, according to the Albany Times Union.

State Budget Director Robert Mujica gave local leaders the news during a conference call today, the Times Union said.

It’s unclear at this point when those businesses will be allowed to return, the Times Union said. A person briefed on Mujica’s call told the paper the state will make decisions on specific industries in the coming weeks and months.
